A: Yes. We support full OEM/ODM services including custom sizes, materials, finishes, logos, and packaging. All specifications will be strictly confirmed before production.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: The standard MOQ is 100 pcs, with mixed styles acceptable to meet this volume. For OEM/ODM customized requirements, the MOQ starts at 30 pcs.
Q3: Can you provide samples for quality testing?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for your evaluation. Samples are free, while the courier cost is covered by the buyer and can be deducted from your future bulk order.
Q4: What is your delivery time (Lead time)?
A: Standard models take 10-15 days, while customized/colored orders take about 25 days. The final date will be confirmed upon order placement.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept payment by T/T via XTransfer. Our standard term is 30% deposit, with the 70% balance due before shipment. For long-term partners, we can negotiate more flexible terms.
